ROHM Semiconductor’s BD9D300MUV is a 3 A synchronous buck switching regulator suitable for standard 12 V rail supplies and POL supplies from multiple Li-ion batteries. It offers high oscillating frequency at very low inductance. The BD9D300MUV has constant on-time control operation providing fast transient response without external compensation components. This original on-time control method makes this product ideal for equipment and devices that demand minimal standby power consumption.
