The SpeedFit Design Simulator is the first step in evaluating Wolfspeed's MOSFETs, Schottky diodes, and power modules. Its easy-to-use interface enables evaluation of the most common power topologies, from buck and boost converters to fully bidirectional totem pole PFCs with resonant DC/DC converters.

Using SpeedFit, customers can quickly select the appropriate device for their application and determine the following:

Save hours of comparative analysis
Select the right Wolfspeed silicon carbide product designs
