LTC2512 24-Bit Analog-to-Digital Converters

LTC2512 from Analog Devices is a 24-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with configurable digital filter. Operating from a single 2.5 V supply, this ADC features a fully differential input range up to ±V_REF, with V_REF ranging from 2.5 V to 5.1 V. The LTC2512 supports a wide common mode range from 0 V to V_REF simplifying analog signal conditioning requirements. The ADC simultaneously provides two output codes: a 24-bit digitally filtered high precision low noise code and a 22-bit no latency composite code. The configurable digital filter reduces measurement noise by low-pass filtering and down-sampling the stream of data from the SAR ADC core, giving the 24-bit filtered output code. This ADC comes in a small 24-pin DFN package and two temperature ranges of 0°C to +70°C and -40°C to +85°C. The LTC2512 is ideal for seismology, energy exploration, and automatic test equipment.
