TVS Diodes - AEC-Q101 Automotive Qualified 1500 W - TP1.5KE Series
Littelfuse TVS diodes provide robust DC power protection and ESD protection for automotive electronics and portable devices
Littelfuse introduces TVS diodes designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by load dump and other transient voltage events. The AECQ101 qualified TP1.5KE series automotive transient voltage suppression (TVS) diodes offer 1500 W peak pulse power dissipation ratings in a standard DO-201 axial-lead package. Its high peak pulse power dissipation rating helps the power systems into which it is designed pass surge tests outlined in the ISO7637-2 international standard, which is widely used in the automotive industry as the basis for transient specifications.
Applications for the TP1.5KE series include DC line protection and ESD protection in automotive electronics such as electronic control units, sensors, entertainment systems, and body control modules (BCMs); they are also useful for the protection of I/O interfaces, VCC busses, and other vulnerable circuits used in telecom, computer, industrial, and portable consumer electronics applications.
