XTREME-GUARD™ AECQ ESD Suppressors – AXGD Series

Littelfuse's AXGD series XTREME-GUARD ESD suppressor provides circuit protection capability up to 30 kV while maintaining extremely low leakage current, even after multiple ESD strikes. When serving as the first board-level circuit component encountered by ESD events, the AXGD series can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes close to four times the maximum level specified in the IEC61000-4-2 international standard without performance degradation. The AXGD series’ ultra-low capacitance makes it suitable for high-frequency and high-speed data line applications.
