Voltage Level Translators

NXP's voltage level translators serve as an interface between different supply and input/output voltage levels

There are three different types of devices:

  • FET for low capacitance applications
  • FET with internal one shot for mid (100 pF to 300 pF) capacitance applications
  • Active buffer with two supply pins for high (200 pF to 540 pF) capacitance applications
