RACPRO1-4SP Series 4-Channel Electronic Fuses

The RECOM Power RACPRO1-4SP series are 4-channel electronic fuse (e-Fuse) load switches featuring independent overcurrent limit control and real-time output current monitoring. Each channel is individually protected, ensuring that a fault or overload on one load does not compromise overall system performance or reliability. Integrated LED indicators provide clear status at a glance. Green to yellow indicates normal operation within limits, orange signals current at the limit, and red warns of overcurrent or short-circuit conditions. A volt-free DC-OK output enables continuous system status monitoring, and each channel can be switched ON or OFF to simplify maintenance and fault diagnostics.

RECOM e-Fuses are available with 5 A or 10 A maximum channel current and support a 150% power boost for up to 5 seconds, while tolerating overloads above 150% for up to 100 ms to prevent nuisance tripping. To minimize input inrush current, channels power up sequentially with a pre-settable delay. In the event of a system overload, loads are disconnected in reverse sequence, ensuring that critical functions remain operational for as long as possible. The output overload response, hiccup or tripping mode, is selectable via a switch, and 5 A modules can be configured to limit available power to below 100 W for LPS (NEC Class 2) applications.

Designed for long-term reliability, the e-Fuses offer a lifetime expectancy exceeding 80,000 hours at +40°C. Toolless push-in terminals with lever release simplify wiring, while paired input and output terminals enable easy daisy chaining.
