Image of Reed Semiconductor's RS53317L Small Size POL Reed Semiconductor's RS53317 is a high-power-density, fully integrated synchronous buck converter. It has a wide input voltage range and can support up to 6 A continuous output current in defined conditions. The RS53317 has an integrated LDO, which is ideal for single-input supply conditions. External bias is optional for maximizing efficiency. A differential sensing scheme and an internal feedback reference voltage achieve ±1% tolerance over the full temperature range, and in conjunction, they perform excellent line and load regulation.
