Image of SPARK Microsystems SR1120 Ultra-Wideband (UWB) Wireless Transceiver The SR1120 from SPARK Microsystems is a next-generation ultra-wideband (UWB) wireless transceiver designed for real-time, low-power applications. Operating in the 6.2 GHz to 9.5 GHz band, it features an agile reconfigurable PHY optimized for interference resilience, energy efficiency, and time-sensitive communication with the support of high data rates.

Ideal for wireless audio streaming, peripherals, wearables, robotics, industrial controls, IoT, and even medical interfaces, the SR1120 enables developers to build responsive, power-efficient wireless systems.

The transceiver enables symbol rates up to 40.96 MHz and delivers very low latency, with 25 μs airtime for 1 kbit transmissions. It supports dual antennas and, in addition to robust data communication, offers proprietary low-power ranging functionality in a compact 4 mm x 4 mm QFN package.

With robust interference immunity and seamless coexistence alongside BLE, Wi-Fi® (2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz), and cellular systems, the SR1120 is well-suited for modern short-range wireless designs that demand high responsiveness, high performance, and energy-conscious operation.
