PXF Series DC-DC Converters

TDK-Lambda's PXF60 single-output, 60 W DC/DC converters operate from a 4:1 wide range input, which makes them ideal for applications, including datacom, telecom, distributed power, and POL architectures, where the input voltage can vary widely. The PXF60 series of fully isolated converters features six-sided shielded metal cases, which reduces the radiated noise to meet EN55022 Level A specifications.

These PXF60 models are available with a DC input range of either 18 V to 36 V or 36 V to 75 V, which reduces the number of parts that need to be inventoried at the user's facility and also enhances the flexibility of the end user's products. Footprints for these devices are industry standard 2" x 2" x 0.4". The converters provide a total output power level of up to 60 W and are available with single output voltages of 3.3 V, 5 V, 12 V, or 15 V.

The devices boast efficiencies of up to 90% and MTBF (mean time between failures) in excess of 1.09 million hours, are safety approved to UL60950 and EN60950 specifications, and are RoHS compliant. Remote ON/OFF, output trim, and overcurrent and overvoltage protections are included features.
