Image of Toshiba Low Voltage Power MOSFETsToshiba low-voltage power MOSFETs (LVMOS) utilize the latest UMOS processes and come in a variety of voltages and packages to suit applications that require higher current. These processes have a strong focus on 40 V to 150 V MOSFETs for modern voltage rails like 12 V, 24 V, 48 V, and 96 V.

The UMOS process offers various benefits, with the latest UMOS X focusing on threshold voltage and high-temperature operation of +175°C, in addition to conduction and switching loss. Certain products are also equipped with a high-speed diode, reducing the reverse recovery charge and associated power loss during switching.

Toshiba LVMOS products are offered in many standard packages, including single- and dual sided 5 mm x 6 mm called SOP-Advance and DSOP-Advance, and the smaller 3.3 mm x 3.3 mm TSON-Advance package.
