Würth Elektronik introduces 3 A Micro USB connectors to their extensive product line. These new connectors offer 3 A Current ratings at Pin 1 and Pin 5, which makes it ideal for faster charging and portable devices that require higher power. The connectors utilize high-temperature LCP plastic that is halogen free and selective gold contact plating, which permits up to 10,000 mating cycles. The flammability rating of UL94-VO is standard on all Würth Elektronik USB connectors.
