Silicon Labs' ATG002 programs and debugs secure connected wireless applications for ZentriOS

Image of Zentri's ATG002 Piranha JTAG Programmer and Debug Tool Silicon Labs' Piranha (ATG002) offers a much lower cost development solution than the older Snapper or Seabass boards, which were designed to support WICED developers only. Piranha allows customers to use a Moray106 (AMW106-E03) or Mackerel (AMW004-E03) kit for custom software development on Silicon Labs modules directly. Programming and debugging secure connected wireless applications for ZentriOS is easy using Piranha. Simply plug Piranha into the 10-pin header on the evaluation kit, open the ZentriOS SDK, and go.

  • USB interface to the development computer
  • Additional 5 VDC power port (only needed when excessive external components are added to the Moray/Mackerel for the USB power to support)
  • Jumper pins to allow inline monitoring or each connection between Piranha and evaluation kit
  • Indicator LEDS including power, UART (Tx/Rx), and JTAG
  • Power monitoring accurate to within a few milliamps
  • Reset/AUX function push buttons
  • Ground hooks
