These bus switches feature sub-nanosecond propagation delays, low on-resistance, low input/output capacitance, and bandwidths up to 500 MHz. Diodes offers over 40 different functions in its broad line of FET switches, bus switches, bus exchanges, and multiplexer/demultiplexer switches for isolation, translation, or bus-exchange requirements.
