This family can switch USB2 and UART signals with high voltage protection. Using a unique design technology, Diodes Incorporated can provide 18 VDC / 24 VDC tolerance on high-speed data pin, which can prevent short to VBUS on a USB Type-C™ connector. The unique technology also offers lower power consumption, ~35 µA, and a 1.4 mm x 1.8 mm compact package for mobile applications.
