The hipot could reach 2,400 VRMS isolation voltage max for SiC or IGBT device switching. A typical application of the PG1895NLT is 3-phase inverter driver systems. Three groups of 23 V can be used to drive the high-side IGBT/MOSFET, and one 23 V is used to drive the low-side IGBT/MOSFET. Three groups of IGBT/MOSFET are controlled by one transformer, thereby saving space and cost.
