Half-Bridge Gate Drivers for Motor Control, Drives, and Power Conversion
IXYS Integrated Circuits Division's half-bridge gate drivers are designed to protect and control N-Channel MOSFETs and IGBTs
IXYS, a Littelfuse Technology, half-bridge gate drivers are designed with output current capability of 350 mA / 200 mA to 2.3 A / 1.9 A sink/source, wide operating VCC of 10 V to 20 V with floating high-side driver which enables bootstrap operation to 600 V. The internal deadtime protects N-Channel MOSFETs or IGBTs from cross conduction which is well suited for motor controls/drives, stepper motor drives, DC/DC converts, and AC/DC inverts to name a few power applications.
- Floating high-side driver enables bootstrap operation to 600 V
- Undervoltage lockout (UVLO)

- Logic inputs are 3.3 V logic level compatible
- The outputs are tolerant to negative transients
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
