The RAHT and RSHT series provides robustness and a safe operating environment due to their vibration-resistant structures and open failure mode.

  • Rated voltage: 6.3 V to 80 V
  • Case size: φ6.3 mm x 5.8 mm to φ12.5 mm x 13.5 mm
  • Rated ripple current (maximum): 900 mARMS to 4,500 mARMS
  • Endurance (hr): 10,000 max (+105°C), 6,000 max (+125°C), and 4,000 max (+135°C)
