Shown on this slide, the final test circuit example is of a matching circuit for a WiMAX PA. Z-Match values of 0.5pF,1.8pF and 0.7pF are used for impedance matching. EVM: Z-Match is about 3.0dB lower than an MLCC 0402 and equal to MLCC 1005 at Pout = 26dBm. Gain: Z-Match is about 0.5dB higher than both MLCC 0402 and MLCC 1005 at Pout=26dBm.
