TDK’s thin film capacitors are available in an 0402 LGA package. Optimum circuit designs can be achieved with the tight tolerance and capacitance values with increments of 0.1pF. In particular, this product has high Q characteristics which make it well suited for operation at frequencies above 1GHz. The voltage rating is 16V and the temperature coefficient rating is C0H.
